Holland America Line is debuting a unique new itinerary that will take travelers from Alaska to Hawaii.
The new 28-Day “Glaciers & Volcanoes: Alaska to Hawaii” voyage will depart from Seattle on August 31, 2025. Travelers can explore icy glaciers and tropical volcanoes over the course of a month, starting at $131 a day.
The voyage on Westerdam starts with a trip through the Inside Passage, with stops in Sitka, Anchorage, Valdez, Kodiak and Dutch Harbor.
From there, the ship will spend five days at sea before arriving in Hawaii.
During these quiet sea days, travelers can take advantage of Holland America Line's Global Fresh Fish program, created in partnership with chef Masaharu Morimoto. Working with a global network for 60 ports, Holland America Line will serve a wide variety of fresh fish native to both Alaska and Hawaii—including Alaskan halibut and Hawaiian tuna.
During the second half of the voyage, guests will explore destinations like Kauai, Honolulu and Kona. They’ll also have a chance to see Mt. Kīlauea from the ship.
The vessel will then head back to Seattle, arriving on September 28, 2025.
