Bookings are now open for Holland America Line's 2026-2027 South America and Antarctica season.
Travelers can choose from a wide variety of itineraries, offered aboard the ships Oosterdam and Volendam and ranging in length from 14 to 31 days. Travelers can explore destinations in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, the Falkland Islands, the Amazon rainforest, the Panama Canal and the White Continent.
Holland America Line will also visit 22 UNESCO World Heritage sites and UNESCO Biosphere Reserves.
Several of the itineraries can be combined into longer “Collectors’ Voyages.”
New for the upcoming season: Holland America Line will take travelers to the Pio XI Glacier, the longest glacier in the Southern Hemisphere outside of Antarctica.
“It is truly spectacular,” says Paul Grigsby, vice president of deployment and revenue planning for Holland America Line. “Sometimes referred to as the 'Granddaddy of Patagonian icefields,' it's known for its bright blue hues and signature dark streak, and it can really only be accessed via ship. Plus, it is a very active glacier for calving, so our guests are in for a treat when they visit.”
Guests who join Holland America Line's Mariner Society loyalty program can enjoy up to $400 in onboard credits per stateroom if they book by March 31. In addition, for a limited time, all travelers who book one of the 2026 or 2027 South America and Antarctica cruises can enjoy special perks with the Have It All premium package. In addition to the standard shore excursions, specialty dining, the Signature Beverage Package and Surf Wi-Fi, guests can enjoy free prepaid crew gratuities and free upgrades to the Elite Beverage Package and Premium Wi-Fi.
