Travel Advisor Success Stories focus on veteran advisors and how they achieved success. Here’s a look Faith Sproule, owner of Niche Travel Group.
How did you get your start as a travel advisor?
I spent my last semester of university in Nice, France, and that transformative experience changed my life. Immersing myself in the culture, beauty and diversity of Europe ignited a deep passion for travel. I knew from that moment that travel had to be a central part of my life and career. I began my travel career at Flight Centre and kept adapting it as my needs changed.
How did you build your business over the years?
Building my business was a combination of vision, persistence and adaptability. I focused on creating personalized and unique experiences, such as group travel and themed luxury tours, which helped establish my reputation. Collaborating with Affluent Traveller Collection partners allowed me to offer exceptional deals and experiences.
Over the years, I invested in strong client relationships, built a dedicated team of specialists and stayed ahead of industry trends, from river cruises to bespoke itineraries. Joining networks like Travel ALLIES also provided invaluable support and collaboration opportunities.

What were your greatest challenges?
One of the greatest challenges was navigating the rapid changes in the travel industry, particularly during global disruptions like the pandemic. Managing client concerns, maintaining business continuity and reimagining travel offerings in uncertain times tested our resilience.
What are your greatest accomplishments?
My greatest accomplishments include hosting full ship-charters with AmaWaterways, like the one with Canadian Musician Alan Doyle, where clients experienced camaraderie and lasting friendships. These events not only strengthened our business but also left a personal impact on me.
I am also very proud of our team – we have expanded the agency with amazing travel specialists, and we give them autonomy and trust them to earn client loyalty and create exceptional travel experiences.
