Travelers dreaming of a getaway to Mexico, the Caribbean or select domestic destinations can now do so for a fraction of the usual mileage cost, thanks to Frontier Airlines' latest promotion.
The Denver-based low-cost carrier is slashing its mile redemption rates, offering one-way flights to international destinations for just 100 miles—a spectacular discount compared to the usual 15,000 miles required.
The promotional rates are valid for bookings made through January 24, 2025, and also apply to specific domestic routes with one-way flights available for as few as 2,500 miles, compared to the usual cost of 10,000 miles. Customers can book their discounted tickets directly through Frontier’s official website.
Frontier’s network of international destinations includes a variety of sun-soaked locales in the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico. Many of Mexico’s popular vacation spots are included in this remarkable fare reduction, including Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.
Other enviable destinations included in the promotion include:
As tempting as the current offer is, passengers should note several restrictions included in the full terms and conditions of the sale. Discounted redemptions are not available during peak travel periods, including such typically popular spring break dates as April 4-6 or April 11-13. All tickets are also subject to taxes, fees, and additional costs for such extras as baggage and seat selection.
According to Travel + Leisure, Frontier’s current low-mileage offer is just one of several enticing airline deals available to kick off 2025. American Airlines recently launched a promotion with flights to Europe for under $500, while Air France and KLM's Flying Blue loyalty program is offering discounted award tickets to Europe starting at just 15,000 miles. Such competitive offers are giving travelers plenty of opportunities to plan their next adventure at a steep discount.
