Frontier Airlines is giving out free seat upgrades to their
Elite Status members as part of their “The
New Frontier” approach to customer service, flexibility and pricing in 2025.
Beginning Wednesday, Elite Status members can
upgrade to Premium and Upfront Plus seating, and they will also be able to
upgrade to their new First-Class seating later this year.
These new upgrade benefits will allow Platinum members to be
able to upgrade seats 12 hours before departure and Gold members four hours
before departure. Upgrades can be selected through the Frontier Airlines app or
on their website.
Customers can also speed up getting Platinum Elite Status by
earning 20,000 Elite Status Points by April 30, 2025. This offer shaves off
30,000 required additional miles and will give them Platinum Elite Status
through the end of the year. The Frontier Airlines
World Mastercard is offered, which grants a point per every dollar spent.
Bobby Schroeter, Chief Commercial Officer of Frontier
Airlines, wants customers to feel at home with Frontier as their airline of
choice and give them the proper benefits they deserve.
“We have so much in store for 2025 as we write the next
chapter of The New Frontier and show that luxury and affordability can fly hand
in hand,” said Schroeter in a press
release.
