Do you have your New Year’s resolutions set for 2025?

Don’t fret if you haven’t really started anything, or even if you’ve already failed at some of the things you planned.

Yes, it’s a new year and that can often turn the mindset to thinking about new beginnings or setting changes.

But after the holiday rush and what a busy time Q4 is seemingly every year, it’s ok if you just want to make January a month of rest.

Besides, you can always set some travel resolutions!

Seek out what’s important to you in travel and go from there with your travel resolution planning for 2025. Whether it’s destination focused, budget related, health related or something entirely else, setting a new travel goal is a fun way to kick off the new year. It’s also one way to potentially ease the minds of those of us who, like me, gave up on the idea of their new year’s resolutions after less than a week into 2025.

Travel is joyful, so just discussing the planning process and setting goals and resolutions has the power to uplift us all, bringing excitement into our lives on things to look forward to down the road.

One idea is to seek out something new.

Afterall, it is a new year – so why not pick a new destination to visit in 2025?

Even if you’re a creature of habit who loves visiting the same destination each year, I challenge you to find something new about that place.

Vienna and Budapest are new places I will visit this year, but I know I’ll also take the family on a beach getaway to one of the beaches we’ve driven to in the past – and I can’t wait to discover something new, making lifelong memories along the way.

The power of travel is a lovely thing to behold.
