Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa

Salterra will open in February 2025 in Turks & Caicos as part of the Luxury Collection. Salterra will offer 100 rooms and suites, a kids club for children, a wellness spa inspired by the natural surroundings, six food and beverage concepts and unique experiences like culinary masterclasses led by the resort’s own chefs, and much more. Travelers concerned about their carbon footprint will love that Salterra uses solar energy, doesn’t use single-use plastics on-site and is a co-founder of the South Caicos Coral Reef Consortium.

The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort

The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort will open March 2025 within a 16-acre sanctuary in the Dominican Republic’s lauded Cap Cana beachfront region. Designed by renowned design firm Chapi Chapo Design, the luxury resort will boast 200 luxurious rooms and suites, including those with swim-out options, a private beach, The St. Regis Spa, nine dining and drinking concepts and much more.

W Punta Cana, All-Inclusive

The W Punta Cana will open in the second quarter of next year as an adults-only all-inclusive resort in Uvero Alto, Punta Cana. W Punta Cana will offer three pools, over ten food and beverage concepts, a beach club, rooftop venue, speakeasy, and plenty of room configurations to choose from. The resort will feature plenty of daily activities, from parties to wellness experiences.

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort will open in the Miches region of the Dominican Republic in the summer of 2025 as part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Featuring 500 rooms, suites and beach bungalows near the Redonda Mountain, guests will enjoy the private beach oasis and beautiful mountain views. The resort will offer over 11 dining and drinking concepts, cultural activities, kids and teens clubs, a rooftop pool, water park, fitness center, spa and much more.

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa

Expected to open sometime next year is the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa. Located on the popular Seven Mile Beach just ten minutes from the international airport, the hotel will offer 382 rooms, six dining venues, a 9,000-square-foot spa and over 47,000 feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. It does not yet have an official opening date.

Fiesta Americana Funeeq Punta Cana

Debuting as Posadas’ newest brand, Fiesta Americana Funeeq Punta Cana will offer a new family-friendly all-inclusive in Punta Cana when it opens in May 2025. The resort will feature 496 rooms and have a focus on providing entertainment throughout the day and night, with kids club, water park, sports courts, arcade and bowling center and theater. The resort also boasts a convention center for over 2,000 attendees. It’ll be connected to the Live Aqua Punta Cana.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa

Opening in February 2025 is the Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa, a new luxury adults-only resort that will be part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. The resort offers 355 suites, nine dining options, six bars and spa across 30 acres of tropical gardens. The resort is located near the island’s Rodney Bay Marina and volcanic beaches.

Secrets Playa Esmeralda

Another Secrets resort will be opening in the Dominican Republic next year: the Secrets Playa Esmeralda. Opening in April 2025, the adults-only luxury resort will offer seclusion with 500 suites with private balconies or terraces with garden or ocean views or beachfront access. The resort will also feature a spa, pools and nine dining options. Preferred Club guests can also enjoy access to the amenities as the sister property, the family-friendly Dreams Playa Esmeralda.

Dreams Playa Esmeralda

Opening in April as well, the Dreams Playa Esmeralda will be the family-family sister property to the Secrets Playa Esmeralda. Offering 500 rooms and suites, including swim-out suite options, a water park, spa, several dining options, kids clubs, and close proximity to attractions like Los Haitises National Park, it’ll be a great option for families or adults.

Secrets Baby Beach Aruba

Opening in June 2025, the Secrets Baby Beach, also part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, will offer a new adults-only retreat on Aruba’s beautiful Baby Beach. It will offer 304 suites, some with private plunge pools and ocean views. The resort will feature Secrets’ Unlimited-Luxury concept with a spa, seven dining concepts, six dining concepts, three pools and plenty of daily and nightly activities and entertainment.

The St. Regis Aruba

The St. Regis Aruba will open on Aruba’s Palm Beach in January 2025, with 251 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy multiple infinity pools, private cabanas, two restaurants, the Iridium Spa, a 9,000-square-foot casino, over 20,000 square feet of event space, butler service and much more.

JOIA Aruba by Iberostar

The JOIA Aruba by Iberostar resort opened as Aruba’s newest resort right before the end of 2024, offering a selection of 240 rooms and suites, seven dining and drinking concepts, a wellness center, three pools including a rooftop infinity pool, a spa and plenty of event space for weddings and conferences. Guests will also enjoy access to Aruba’s only 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.
