MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is currently undergoing a $300 million remodel of its 4,212 main tower rooms and suites, set to be fully completed in December 2025.
The modernized accommodation offerings will provide a sophisticated style inspired by the disco era. Its first phase of rooms will be available to book March 1, 2025.
Bathrooms feature upgraded walk-in showers and porcelain finishes, while rooms will feature blackout drapes, new furnishings and wall-mounted TVs, along with built-in closet systems with lighted interiors.
MGM Grand will also add 111 more suites during the remodel, bringing the main tower total to 753. The suites will offer dark wood finishes, larger spaces and multifunctional spaces for work and relaxation.
The resort isn’t just upgrading its accommodations: it’s also debuting several new dining concepts and entertainment offerings this year, including Netflix Bites, inspired by hit Netflix shows, and the Palm Tree Beach Club, a day club by DJ Kygo’s Palm Tree Crew.
"MGM Grand has long been recognized as the center of entertainment and excitement in Las Vegas and these newly remodeled rooms, coupled with new attractions on the horizon, demonstrate our commitment to evolving the guest experience for both leisure and business travelers," said Mike Neubecker, President & COO of MGM Grand. "These new rooms are a significant milestone in the property's evolution as MGM Grand positions itself for the exciting developments set for the south end of The Strip."
