Amtrak is inviting travelers to visit Virginia, Washington,
D.C., New York, Boston and other
destinations in between by launching its Northeast Winter Sale.
For a limited time, travelers can save up to 30 percent off
regular-priced fares on Acela Business, Northeast Regional Coach, and Coach
Class on other popular Northeast trains.
The sale is available from Tuesday, January 21 through
Friday, January 24, 2025, for travel between Saturday, February 1 and Monday,
March 31, 2025, and valid on Acela Business Class, Northeast Regional Coach, as
well as Coach Class on other popular trains traveling between Virginia and
Boston.
“This winter, our customers can enjoy the charm and
convenience of traveling
by train with significant savings during our Northeast Winter Sale,” said
Amtrak Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Eliot Hamlisch.
He added, “Whether planning a trip to visit iconic cities
like Washington D.C., New York, or Boston or exploring places in between, this
offer makes it easy to book a comfortable and hassle-free journey where the
travel experience is just as enjoyable as the destination.”
