family of brands has rolled-out unprecedented in-person trainings for
travel advisors in 2025.
Underlying its “We’ve Got U” platform, Globus is offering a
number of educational opportunities designed to inform, inspire and ignite
successes for travel
advisors across the U.S. and Canada. These include a combination of
interactive road shows, exclusive summits and industry-leading FAM trips.

Cruise Director & Tour Director Road Show
In the form of a Cruise Director & Tour Director Road
Show, the Globus family of brands is bringing touring and river cruising
experiences to advisor doorsteps by hosting 100 Tour & Cruise Director
events across North America in February to engage up to 8,000 travel advisors.
Featuring interactive presentations led by expert Cruise
Directors and Tour Directors, these events offer advisors firsthand insights
into cruising and touring to share with clients.
New Executive Summits
For the first time, the Globus family of brands is offering
exclusive networking and education opportunities for top-performing agency
owners via 2025 Executive Summits. These two-day events will take place across
seven cities: Orlando, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, Toronto and
Vancouver.
Showcasing an exclusive platform for owners to network with
Globus executives, these high-level summits invite travel advisors to gain
strategic insights into growing their businesses and discover the latest
developments across the Globus family of brands.
“FAM-ulous” FAM-Trip Program
In 2025, the Globus family of brands is rolling out a FAM
program like no other. With BDMs leading the way, 1,500 travel advisors will be
invited to experience Globus tours and Avalon river cruises firsthand. These
familiarization trips will enable advisors to sell with confidence, equipped
with personal experience and deep product knowledge.
