Luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises is offering a new selection of Spotlight Voyages for 2025 and 2026, highlighting niche focuses like genealogy, wine, golf, Formula One and much more.
The specialty cruises offer expert-led experiences with tasting menus, masterclasses, lectures, screenings, Q&A sessions and much more.

Wine & Culinary Spotlight Voyages
Regent will offer a selection of Epicurean Spotlight voyages in 2025 and 2026.
One such journey is the 14-night Epicurean Spotlight on Wine with ZAP: Zinfandel Advocates & Producers. Sailing March 31, 2025 onboard the Seven Seas Explorer, wine lovers can enjoy experts from three wineries on a roundtrip voyage from Tokyo visiting Shanghai, Tokyo and other amazing sites in the region while also embracing their love of wine.
Food lovers will enjoy the Epicurean Spotlight on Cuisine with Chef Alain Roux, a 12-night sailing that departs from Athens on August 11, 2025. The cruise will sail the Mediterranean to Barcelona and feature chef-led cooking demonstrations, a Q&A session and much more from the Michelin-starred chef.
Heritage Voyages
Those wanting to discover their own personal histories will enjoy two opportunities to sail with Ancestry.com genealogists on two heritage travel voyages.
The 14-night Spotlight on Heritage with Ancestry.com itinerary departs October 31, 2025 and sails along the Mediterranean, visiting Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, Croatia, Greece and Montenegro. Onboard, travelers will meet Kyle Betit, co-founder of AncestryProGenealogists, and be guided on their personal histories by an expert with an optional Ancestral Home Visit.
The second Spotlight on Heritage with Ancestry.com voyage is a 9-night itinerary departing August 3, 2026 sailing the British Isles and Northern Europe. Betit will once again offer lectures on personal history and genetic research, hosted dinners and an opportunity for an Ancestral Home Visit.
Sports Voyages
Travelers who love golf will enjoy the Spotlight on Golf itinerary with Annika Sörenstam. The 14-night journey departs June 23, 2025 from Southampton and visits some of the best golf courses and cultural attractions in the British Isles, including Dundonald Links and Royal Lytham & St. Annes.
Another voyage, departing June 22, 2025, takes travelers deep into the world of a Formula One Team. The Spotlight on Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is a 10-night journey from Barcelona, hosted by Pedro de la Rosa. Experiences include deep dives into the technology, an Astin Martin racing simulator experience, a visit to Monaco and more.
