Minor Hotels is expanding around the world, with nearly 300 hotels expected to open within the next three years, which will bring the hotel corporation’s portfolio to surpass 850 properties by the end of 2027.
Minor Hotels currently boasts over 560 properties worldwide, managing brands such as Anantara, Tivoli, NH Collection, Four Seasons, Radisson Blu and more. As part of the group’s expansion, it’s adding over 100 properties in Asia, such as the newly opened Anantara Ubud Bali Resort. It’s also projected to open over 60 properties in the Middle East & Africa and 40 in Australia and New Zealand.
Luxury and upscale hotels and resorts are a major factor in Minor Hotels’ growth, with one-third of its three-year pipeline in this segment. Its branded residences on offer will also grow, with properties with residences in Ras Al Khaimah, Oman and Tanzania.
