World of Hyatt loyalty members can now earn and redeem their rewards points for stays at Under Canvas’ thirteen luxury outdoor resorts located near the U.S. National Parks and Monuments.
The new partnership offers World of Hyatt members access to some of the most unique glamping experiences available, featuring safari-style tents, free daily programming like yoga and nightly s’mores campfires, along with seasonally inspired dining experiences.
Under Canvas’ resorts will become available to World of Hyatt members this year and into 2025, including the Under Canvas Bryce Canyon, located just 15 minutes from the national park; Under Canvas Grand Canyon, located in 160 acres of forest; and ULUM Moab, the first resort under the new brand that offers a more luxurious glamping experience.
The brand’s five “Grand Circle” camps in Utah and Arizona are also the world’s first-ever DarkSky-certified resorts, committed to allowing nature shine in a mindful approach to operations.
“Under Canvas is the leading outdoor resort company in the United States, with 13 locations outside of national parks and adventurous destinations such as Acadia, Glacier, Moab, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Zion,” said Matt Gaghen, chief executive officer of Under Canvas.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming World of Hyatt members to our beautiful, safari-inspired camps so that they can experience true comfort in nature in these amazing destinations," Gaghen continued. "This exciting collaboration with Hyatt will further our goal of connecting more people with extraordinary places, people, and the planet by enhancing access to the outdoors.”
Hyatt has been expanding with new partnerships and acquisitions. Earlier this month, news began circulating about the brand considering acquiring global hotel operator Standard International, which operates The Standard Hotels, among other brands.
