Hilton announced it had signed with Parks Hospitality Holdings for a Conrad Hotels & Resorts hotel in Los Cabos, expected to open in 2027.
The new resort will take inspiration from the natural landscape and will be designed by Legorreta Architects. It’ll feature 175 rooms and suites, including 111 with over 500 square feet of indoor living space, and an outdoor area with private plunge pools. There will also be 43 Conrad Residences with two or four bedrooms each and 21 suites with larger pools and space for families.
The property will also boast a 3,000-square-foot spa, fitness center, bridal suite, pools, kids clubs and five dining venues.
Conrad Los Cabos will be located within Los Cabos’s OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf development, a new 860-acre oceanfront resort community at the southern tip of Baja California.
“The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is a significant milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico. It symbolizes our unwavering commitment to providing enriching and purposeful experiences that transcend the ordinary in highly coveted destinations like Los Cabos,” said Juan Corvinos, senior vice president, development, architecture, design and construction, Caribbean and Latin America region, Hilton. “We look forward to welcoming our guests and residents to Conrad Los Cabos and strengthening our luxury portfolio in the country in partnership with our esteemed long-standing partner, Parks Hospitality Holdings.”
Hilton currently boasts 40 hotels and resorts in its pipeline in Mexico, which is its fastest-growing market in the region.
