Notre-Dame de l'Assomption Abbey - Trappistines of Rogersville.
Retreat House.
Aerial view of grounds.

Attached to the monastery, there is a guesthouse comprised of 8 rooms reserved for women of all faiths who wish to make a private retreat. Our guests are most welcome to participate in the liturgical hours celebrated by the community and to attend Mass from the guest chapel.

There is a small library of spiritual literature at the disposition of the retreatants and it is possible to meet with one of the nuns for private or group encounters. There is also a resident chaplain who is available upon request for the sacrament of Reconciliation.

The monastery may be reached by VIA RAIL; the Montreal to Halifax train stops in Rogersville. By car, one follows Route 126 north from Moncton or south from Miramichi.

If you require any additional information about either our monastery, our altar breads or our retreat house, please do not hesitate to contact us by letter, phone, fax or e-mail. We will be pleased to respond to all such inquiries.
