Cunard is launching a variety of new wellness-focused offerings onboard its fleet.
This month, the cruise line is rolling out “Harper's Bazaar Wellness at Sea” packages on Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. Travelers sailing aboard those ships will be able to enjoy three-day, curated wellness journeys with three themes: Relax, Recover and Energize.
Each package, which starts at $629 per person, includes tailored spa treatments, premium ELEMIS products and nutritionally balanced dining options. They’re available for booking on board or in My Cunard.
In 2026, Cunard will also be debuting a new “Wellness at Sea” event voyage. Departing July 5 aboard Queen Anne, the 7-night Norwegian Fjords voyage will include many wellness-themed experiences, including guest lectures, spa treatments and more.
Cunard is also rolling out new plant-based menus developed in collaboration with chef Paul Gayler. Drawing inspiration from destinations where plant-based eating is a way of life, the menus feature reimaginings of classic dishes. More than 25 vegan options will be available on Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth and the forthcoming Queen Anne.
“Wellness is at the heart of what we offer at Cunard,” says Katie McAlister, president of Cunard. “Ocean-inspired wellness is a unique part of the Cunard experience, offering guests the chance to relax, recharge, and feel renewed while sailing to extraordinary destinations. Whether they're looking to unwind, recover, or boost their energy, these programs will help them arrive feeling refreshed and inspired.”
