AmaWaterways is offering free pre- and post-cruise land packages on select 2025 and 2026 European sailings during its wave season promotion.
Guests can extend their river cruise with a variety of free 2-, 3- or 4-night pre- and post-cruise packages. Travelers who cannot extend their vacations can receive up to $2,000 off their cruise fare instead.
The promotion applies to new bookings of select European sailings between January 1 and March 31. More than 20 land packages are available on upwards of 69 itineraries covering more than 230 departure dates in 2025 and more than 460 departures in 2026.
The land packages include overnight stays at 4- or 5-star hotels; daily breakfast; city tours and excursions; transfers and luggage service; and the support of a dedicated cruise manager. For example, travelers booking the line’s “Impressions of the Seine & Paris” can enjoy a land package in Brittany, France, while travelers booked on the “Enticing Douro and Flavors of Portugal & Spain” trip can extend their vacation in Lisbon, Portugal.
AmaWaterways’ wave offer is combinable with AirPlus, the line’s fixed-price airfare offer, which includes economy air starting at $899, premium economy air starting at $2,299 or business class air starting at $4,299 from all major U.S. gateways. It is also combinable with $100 Loyalty Savings and Benefits, Referral Savings, curated Grand River Cruises and Combination Cruise Savings and Future Cruise Benefits.
